AralForex GPT provides the following features for educational purposes:

All features are provided "as is" for educational purposes. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information provided through these features.

Free Plan: AralForex GPT offers a free tier with limited features. Free users have access to basic chat, journal, AI trade idea generation (with daily limits), and the risk calculator.

Pro Plan: Pro subscriptions are billed monthly through our payment processor (Stripe). Pro users receive unlimited access to all features, including unlimited chat messages, unlimited trade ideas, and access to the New Trade feature.

Billing:

• Subscriptions automatically renew each month unless cancelled
• You will be charged on the same date each month based on your initial subscription date
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or at our sole discretion
• Price changes will be communicated 30 days in advance

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be provided for the current billing period.

Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as provided by our payment processor. You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees.

User Content: You retain ownership of any content you upload, create, or submit through the platform (including trade journal entries, notes, and other data). However, by using our services, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving our services.

Data Retention: We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting support. Some data may be retained for legal or operational purposes as required by law.

Privacy: Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

Data Security: We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

AralForex GPT uses artificial intelligence to generate educational content, trade ideas, and responses. You acknowledge and agree that:

• AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or outdated information
• AI responses are for educational purposes only and do not constitute financial advice
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated content
• You should independently verify any information before making trading decisions
• AI-generated trade ideas are hypothetical scenarios for learning, not actual trading recommendations

You are solely responsible for evaluating and using any AI-generated content. We disclaim all liability for any losses or damages resulting from your reliance on AI-generated content.

Platform Ownership: All content, features, design, logos, trademarks, and intellectual property on AralForex GPT are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

License to Use: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial, educational purposes in accordance with these Terms.

Restrictions: You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the platform

• Use the platform to provide financial advice or advisory services to others
• Resell, redistribute, or commercialize our services without authorization
• Use our AI-generated content to create competing services

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account termination and legal action.

Disclaimer of Warranties: AralForex GPT is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to:

• Merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
• Accuracy, completeness, or reliability of content
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Security or freedom from viruses or harmful components

Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or data
• Trading losses or financial damages
• Business interruption
• Cost of substitute services

Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

Termination by You: You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support or using the account deletion feature in your settings.

Termination by Us: We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if you:

• Engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• Fail to pay subscription fees when due
• Use the platform in a manner that harms us or other users
• Breach any provision of these Terms

Effect of Termination: Upon termination:

• Your right to access and use the platform will immediately cease
• We may delete or suspend access to your account and data
• You remain liable for all fees incurred prior to termination
• Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by:

• Sending an email notification to your registered email address (for significant changes)
